Good for making idli, dosa and puttu.
Idli Recipe:
Idli/doSA/ Paniyaram batter
Pavalachemmani 2 portion
Mysoremalli 2 portion
Urad dhal 1portion
Fenugreek seeds 1teaspoon
Soak all rices togather and dhal separately and grind them separately and mix all with required salt. Ferment it for 5 to 6 hours and make idlis, dosa and paniyaram.
Pavalachemmani rice is the rare traditional rice variety yet to be found in any literature. We got paddy seeds from a farmer who is nature lover and collector of rare seeds and multiply them in his field. Please get to more about the rice from following insta links.
